Outstanding Mortgage definition

Outstanding Mortgage means the outstanding principal amount of any mortgage indebtedness secured by the Property as of the last day of the Applicable Calendar Year.

  • Notwithstanding any such acquisition of title and cancellation of the related Mortgage Loan, such REO Property shall (except as otherwise expressly provided herein) be considered to be an Outstanding Mortgage Loan held in the Trust Fund until such time as the REO Property shall be sold.
