Outstanding Series 2001B Certificates means the Series 2001B Certificates, if any, which are not refunded in connection with the issuance of the Series 2011B Certificates.
Outstanding Series 2001B Certificates means the Series 2001B Certificates which mature on July 1 of the years 20 , 20 and 20 and which will remain Outstanding in accordance with their terms after the issuance of the Series 2011A Certificates.
