Outstanding Work definition

Outstanding Work means any work required, as identified in an Asset Condition Survey or the Exit Survey, to return the Facility to the then-applicable Required Standard; Parent Company Guarantee means, in respect of each Major Sub-contractor, a duly executed guarantee from the ultimate parent company of that Major Sub-contractor, in favour of (amongst others) the Contractor, in relation to the Major Sub-contractor’s obligations under the relevant Major Sub-contract;
Outstanding Work has the meaning given to it in clause 58.4 (Maintenance Work);
Outstanding Work has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 17.8.

  • Each Statement of Outstanding Work shall contain sufficient information to allow Owner Parties to determine if the applicable Work can be completed for the Contract Sum and within the Contract Time.

More Definitions of Outstanding Work

Outstanding Work means any work required, as identified in an Asset Condition Survey, to return the Property or Properties to the then-applicable Required Standard;
Outstanding Work means any work or item or any part of the Works not in accordance with this Contract (including, without limitation, a failure to complete minor snagging items).

Related to Outstanding Work

  • Outstandings means, collectively, at any date, the Letter of Credit Outstandings, Swing Line Outstandings and Revolving Credit Outstandings on such date.

  • Outstanding Credits means, on any date of determination, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all Loans outstanding on such date plus (ii) the LC Outstandings on such date. The Outstanding Credits with respect to any Lender at any time shall be its Commitment Percentage of the total Outstanding Credits at such time.

  • Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Covered Bond, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Covered Bond, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.06 or otherwise as indicated in the Final Terms.

  • Outstanding Balance of any Receivable at any time means the then outstanding principal balance thereof.
