Each Statement of Outstanding Work shall contain sufficient information to allow Owner Parties to determine if the applicable Work can be completed for the Contract Sum and within the Contract Time.
All Notices of Outstanding Work Performance shall be reviewed and signed by the employee’s college president or division head or designated representative.
