Over Limit means the Total Outstanding Balance of the Card Account

Examples of Over Limit in a sentence

  • We are not required to authorize Transactions that will create an Over Limit Amount, but if we do, you agree to pay us the Over Limit Amount, plus applicable Finance Charges and Fees, immediately.

  • Should your balance exceed your established credit line, you agree to pay an Over Limit Fee of $30.00 for each statement period in which your new balance exceeds your credit limit.

  • AEME will charge an Over Limit fee as specified in the Schedule of Fees and Charges, if and whenever the total amount outstanding on the Card Account exceeds the Credit Limit, AEME will continue to charge the Over Limit fee until the total amount outstanding on the Card Account is back within the Credit Limit.

  • Over Limit Fee £12 is payable if the balance on your Account goes over the credit limit at any time during a statement period (or remains over the credit limit and you have not paid your Minimum Payment Due that month).
