Overachievement definition

Overachievement means the amount by which the Contractor's Credits, awarded on a Transaction during the Achievement Period, are greater than the original value for that Transaction;
Overachievement means the amount by which the Contractor’s Credits, awarded during the Achievement Period, are greater than the Obligation;
