Overall width of a vehicle means a dimension which is measured according to ISO standard 612-1978, term No. 6.2. In the case of vehicles of category other than M1, in addition to the provisions of that standard, when measuring the vehicle width the following devices shall not be taken into account:
Overall width means the distance between the two vertical planes defined in paragraph 2.14. above;
Overall width means the linear distance between the outside of the sidewalls of an inflated pneumatic-tyre, when fitted to the specified measuring rim, and including labelling (marking), decoration or protective bands or ribs.

Overall width means the linear distance between the outside of the sidewalls of an inflated tyre, including labelling (marking), decoration and protective bands or ribs;
