Overcollateralization Amount Deficit definition

Overcollateralization Amount Deficit means, with respect to the Series 2004-B Notes, the excess of (i) the aggregate of the reallocations and reductions made pursuant to Sections 3.12(b)(ii)(C) and (D) over (ii) the aggregate amount of all reimbursements made pursuant to Section 3.12(b)(ii)(B).
Overcollateralization Amount Deficit means, with respect to the Series 2010-1 Notes as of any Transfer Date, the excess of the Series 2010-1 Target Overcollateralization Amount as of such Transfer Date over the Series 2010-1 Overcollateralization Amount as of such Transfer Date.
