Overpayments Ledger means the ledger of such name maintained by the Cash Manager in the name of the Mortgages Trustee pursuant to the Cash Management Agreement to record Overpayments on Mortgage Loans in the Mortgages Trust from time to time which ledger will be sub-divided into two sub ledgers: (i) the Non-Flexible Overpayments Sub Ledger corresponding to Overpayments made on Non-Flexible Mortgage Loans, and (ii) the Flexible Overpayments Sub Ledger corresponding to Overpayments made on Flexible Mortgage Loans;

  • Periodic Payments means all installments or similar recurring payments that Borrower may now or hereafter become obligated to pay to Bank pursuant to the terms and provisions of any instrument, or agreement now or hereafter in existence between Borrower and Bank.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.

  • Gross Rooms Revenue means all revenues derived from the sale or rental of Guest Rooms (both transient and permanent) of the Hotel, including revenue derived from the redemption of points or rewards under the loyalty programs in which the Hotel participates, amounts attributable to breakfast (where the guest room rate includes breakfast), Mandatory Guest Fees, late cancellation fees, and guaranteed no- show revenue and credit transactions, whether or not collected, at the actual rates charged, less allowances for any Guest Room rebates and overcharges, and will not include taxes collected directly from patrons or guests. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.

  • Trade Accounts Payable of any Person means trade accounts payable of such Person with a maturity of not greater than 90 days incurred in the ordinary course of such Person's business.

  • Amounts receivable by the Trust in a foreign currency shall be reported to the Evaluator who shall convert the same to U.S. dollars based on current exchange rates, in the same manner as provided in Section 4.01(b) or 4.01(c), as applicable, for the conversion of the valuation of foreign Equity Securities, and the Evaluator shall report such conversion with each Evaluation made pursuant to Section 4.01."

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Balance billing means charging or collecting an amount in excess of the Medicaid, Medicare, or contracted reimbursement rate for services covered under a Medicaid, Medicare or employer sponsored beneficiary’s plan. “Balance Billing” does not include charging or collecting deductibles or copayments and coinsurance required by the beneficiary’s plan.

  • Account Statement means a periodic statement of the transactions credited or debited to an Account;
