Overproduced Party definition

Overproduced Party means any Party having taken a greater quantity of Gas from the Balancing Area than the Percentage Interest of such Party in the cumulative quantity of all Gas produced from the Balancing Area.
Overproduced Party means a party to a gas balancing arrangement who, as a result of producing, in addition to its own share of production, that portion of another party's share of production which such other party is unable or unwilling to market or otherwise to dispose of, is in a position of net overproduction with respect to such other party or parties to such gas balancing arrangement.
Overproduced Party means a Balancing Party charged with Cumulative Overproduction.
