Override Payments definition

Override Payments has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.6(d).

Examples of Override Payments in a sentence

  • Override Payments: MassMutual may make override payments to sales and/or servicing organizations to defray a portion of the organization’s cost of maintaining its sales and servicing representatives.

  • Although the First Initial Payment will be non-refundable, the amount of such First Initial Payment shall be offset against any Override Payments due to Frontier.
