Oversubscription Loan Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.01(b).

Each such written notice (each a “Notice of Borrowing”) shall be irrevocable and shall be given by the Borrower in a form specifying (i) the aggregate principal amount of the Loans to be incurred pursuant to such Borrowing (and, in the case of the Tranche C Term Loans, the Oversubscription Loan Amount), (ii) the date of such Borrowing (which shall be a Business Day), and (iii) to which account the proceeds of such Loans are to be deposited.
