Overtime Periods definition

Overtime Periods shall have the meaning set forth in Section 28.3 hereof.
Overtime Periods means any times that do not constitute Building Hours; provided, however, that the Overtime Periods for the freight elevator shall also include the lunch period of the personnel who operate the freight elevator or the related loading facility.
Overtime Periods as defined in Section 10.3(c).

Examples of Overtime Periods in a sentence

  • If more than one tenant utilizing the same system as Tenant requests the same Overtime Periods for the same services as Tenant, the charge to Tenant shall be adjusted pro rata.

  • If Tenant desires any such services during Overtime Periods, Tenant shall deliver notice to the Building office requesting such services at least 24 hours prior to the time Tenant requests such services to be provided; provided, however, that Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to arrange such service on such shorter notice as Tenant shall provide.

  • Landlord shall not be required to furnish any such services during any Overtime Periods unless Landlord has received advance notice from Tenant requesting such services prior to 2:00 P.M. of the day upon which such services are requested or by 2:00 P.M. of the last preceding Business Day if such Overtime Periods are to occur on a day other than a Business Day.

  • Owner shall not be required to furnish any such services during Overtime Periods, unless Owner has received reasonable advance notice from Tenant requesting such services.

  • Both Overtime Periods shall be played to their conclusion and there shall be no "golden goal” or "sudden victory".


More Definitions of Overtime Periods

Overtime Periods means all periods other than during Operating Hours.

RATES FOR TUGS WORKING BY THE HOUR In Harbor: The hourly weekday rate is $1,235.00 per hour per Tug, with a minimum of two (2) hours per Tug between the hours of 0800 and 1600 hours Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 1600 and 0800 Monday to Friday and on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, the Overtime surcharge contained in this Schedule shall be applied in addition to the base hourly rate. Running time from and to the Tug’s berth shall be included in the calculation of time used. Out of Harbor: Rates furnished upon request.

Overtime Periods other than the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Business Days (except HVAC services which shall be provided pursuant to Section 28.2(A)) unless Landlord has received advance notice from Tenant (which may be given verbally by telephone together with an additional notice by facsimile to the Agent) requesting such services, provided that such notice must be given prior to 2:00 p.m. for services during the evening of the same Business Day and 2:00 p.m. of the preceding Business Day if such Overtime Period is requested for a day other than a Business Day. Landlord shall have no liability of any kind nor shall Tenant be entitled to any abatement of rent nor shall this Lease in any respect be impaired for any failure to deliver any HVAC or other services during Overtime Periods. The Fixed Rent and Escalation Rent do not include or reflect any charge to Tenant for any services during any Overtime Periods (other than HVAC services, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Xxxxxxxxx, xxx cost of which shall be deemed included in Fixed Rent and Escalation Rent). If Landlord provides any of such services during an Overtime Period, Tenant will pay Landlord’s then established customary charges therefor.
