Own Forces means the Owner’s employees, consultants and independent contractors who or which perform Work on the Owner’s behalf under a separate construction agreement.

  • Sexually violent predator means a person who:

  • Life-sustaining treatment means treatment that, based on reasonable medical judgment, sustains the life of a patient and without which the patient will die. The term includes both life-sustaining medications and artificial life support such as mechanical breathing machines, kidney dialysis treatment, and artificially administered nutrition and hydration.   • Medical use means the intentional internal or external administration of radioactive material or the radiation from radioactive material to patients or human research subjects under the supervision of an authorized user.
