Own Organisation definition

Own Organisation means the Provider or that part of the Provider that delivers Services under this Deed.
Own Organisation means: You, if Your whole entity is involved in conducting Services under this Agreement, or that part of You that delivers Services under this Agreement; and any entity that You subcontract any of Your obligations under this Agreement to.
