Owned Station means (a) each television or radio station identified as such in Schedule 1.01(e) and (b) any television or radio station the Broadcast Licenses of which are owned or held by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on or after the date hereof.

  • If the station is outside the radius it must be able to supply twenty-five percent (25%) of the total number of Engineering personnel necessary to do the event (measured by the total number of Engineers required on the day-of-air or taping, or final day-of-air or taping in the case of a multiple-day event); if it cannot, any Owned Station covered by this Agreement shall make the pickup.

  • To Emmis’ Knowledge, there is not currently any material unauthorized use, infringement or misappropriation or other violation of any Owned Station IP by any Person, including, to Emmis’ Knowledge, any employee or former employee of Emmis.

  • No Owned Station IP is subject to any Order, and no claim or Proceeding is pending (or to Emmis’ Knowledge, threatened) that challenges, the legality, validity, enforceability, use or ownership of any Owned Station IP.

  • Transmission equipment means equipment that facilitates transmission for any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service, including, but not limited to, radio transceivers, antennas, coaxial or fiber-optic cable, and regular and backup power supply. The term includes equipment associated with wireless communications services including, but not limited to, private, broadcast, and public safety services, as well as unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services such as microwave backhaul.

  • Substation means the apparatus that connects the electrical collection system of the WECS(s) and increases the voltage for connection with the utility's transmission lines.

  • Publicly owned treatment works or “POTW” means any device or system used in the treatment (including recycling and reclamation) of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature which is owned by a “State” or “municipality” (as defined by section 502(4) of the CWA). This definition includes sewers, pipes, or other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW providing treatment.

  • Limited Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not a General Use Free Writing Prospectus.
