Owner Affiliates definition

Owner Affiliates means (the “Owner Affiliates”) shareholders, directors, officers, employees, members, managers, agents, representatives, contractors, subcontractors or affiliates, and each successors and assigns.
Owner Affiliates means KAFU Holdings, L.P. and its affiliates, EMG Investment, LLC and its affiliates, Oxy Holding Company (Pipeline), Inc. and its affiliates, Xxxx Xxxxxx and his affiliates, Windy, LLC and its affiliates, PAA Management, L.P. and its affiliates, PAGP and its affiliates, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxx PAA Trust, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Owner Affiliates as used in this Agreement shall include any subsidiary or affiliate of any of the Owner Parties and the constitute partners, principals, officers, members, manager, directors, contractors, employees, agents, employees, certificate holders, beneficiaries, trustees, servicers, attorneys, representatives, participants, successors and assigns of any of the Owner Parties.
