Contractor shall require all insurance policies (including policies of Contractor and all Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors) in any way relating to such Construction Equipment to include clauses stating that each underwriter will waive all rights of recovery, under subrogation or otherwise, against Owner, Lender and any Owner Affiliates.
The insurance shall provide for a waiver of subrogation against Owner and the Owner Affiliates.
