Owner/Operator definition

Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.
Owner/Operator means the owner(s), operator(s), lessor(s), lessee(s) and/or supervisor(s) of an air contaminant source and/or a person authorized to represent such person(s).
Owner/Operator means the person who owns the land on which a solid waste management facility is located or the person who is responsible for the overall operation of the facility, or both.

Owner/Operator means a shareholder of a Pizza 73 Unit Company (other than PPL or a subsidiary) and being the person, other than a subsidiary of PPL, identified as an operator pursuant to a Unanimous Shareholder Agreement, and includes a designated nominee of such Operator named in the Unanimous Shareholder Agreement.
