Meter Operator definition

Meter Operator means a party appointed for the purposes of the BSC, to:
Meter Operator means a person appointed to provide, install, maintain or administer the Metering Equipment;
Meter Operator means a person who installs, maintains or removes metering equipment used for measuring the flow of energy to or from a network at or near the supply terminals;

Meter Operator means a person Accredited to install, commission, maintain and energise Metering Equipment and "Meter Operation" shall be construed accordingly; Superseded "Meter Operator Code of Practice" means Schedule 5 to the Agreement between Meter Operators and Distribution Businesses governing arrangements for safety and technical competence;
Meter Operator means a meter asset manager and/or meter asset provider;
Meter Operator has the meaning given to such term in the Industry Agreements;
Meter Operator means a Qualified person who has been appointed as a Meter Operator Agent for the purposes of the BSC (which, for the avoidance of doubt, may include a Local Network Operator acting as a legacy meter asset provider);

Meter Operator means a person appointed by the User, or where applicable the Customer, to provide the services described in paragraph 3 of Condition 36 of the Electricity Distribution Licence in relation to the relevant Metering Point and Accredited by the Accreditation Authority or deemed to be Accredited pursuant to the terms of the Implementation Scheme and where appropriate the Meter Operator Agent (as defined in the Balancing and Settlement Code).
