Owner's Designated Representative definition

Owner's Designated Representative means Owner’s employee identified in Section 3.01 (Designated Representative) of the Contract.
Owner's Designated Representative or “ODR” means the person designated by the Owner to act as the Owner’s Designated Representative pursuant to Paragraph 5.2 and identified in Paragraph 18.4.1.
Owner's Designated Representative means Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations, or his successor or designee in writing.

More Definitions of Owner's Designated Representative

Owner's Designated Representative means Owner’s representative, or its duly authorized representative, who will provide the general administration of this Agreement for Projects on behalf of Owner and shall be Owner’s field representative in all matters related to this Agreement, including keeping Owner’s procurement personnel informed at all times of the adequacy of Supplier’s performance and progress, except as may be otherwise provided herein. Owner may, in its sole discretion, change its Designated Representative at any time or from time to time, and shall promptly notify Supplier, in writing, of any such change.‌
Owner's Designated Representative means a person designated by the Owner who, in the Owner’s absence, (1) shall have the Owner’s authorization to take all actions necessary to effect Owner’s compliance with the requirements of this ordinance and applicable laws,including but not limited to responding to complaints and resolving violations, and (2) shall be available to communicate with Borough authorities concerning the condition or use of the Short-Term Rental Property and related complaints, seven days per week and twenty- four hours per day during any such Short-Term Rental. The Owner’s Designated Representative shall have a principal residence or principal place of business in Mercer County.

  • Owner’s Designated Representative (ODR means the individual assigned by Owner to act on its behalf and to undertake certain activities as specifically outlined in the Contract. ODR is the only party authorized to direct changes to the scope, cost, or time of the Contract.

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
