L/C Disbursements a payment or disbursement made by the Issuing Lender pursuant to a Letter of Credit.
Disbursement is defined in Section 2.6.2.
State disbursement unit or "SDU" means the entity established in section 6 of the office of child support act, 1971 PA 174, MCL 400.236.
Loan Disbursement Handbook means ADB’s Loan Disbursement Handbook (2012, as amended from time to time);
Report-based Disbursements means the Borrower’s option for withdrawal of funds from the Credit Account referred to in Part A.5 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;
Letter of Credit Disbursement means a payment made by Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.
Borrower Delayed Reimbursements Any Additional Trust Fund Expenses and reimbursements of Advances that the related Mortgagor is required, pursuant to a written modification agreement, to pay in the future to the Trust in its capacity as owner of the related Mortgage Loan.
Cash Advances These are from cash advances and cash equivalent transactions you make with your account. “Special Offers” These are from your use of the account to take advantage of special, introductory, or promotional offers we make available to you at times. Each such transaction may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category. “Eligible Purchases” These are from purchases of goods and services you make with your account (a) at certain merchants or of specified types listed in the Schedule; and (b) in which a single or multiple items are purchased in the same transaction totaling certain amounts as listed in the Schedule. Each Eligible Purchase may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category. Eligible Purchase(s) may also be referenced and abbreviated as “Elig Purch” in some locations in the Schedule.
L/C Disbursement means a payment or disbursement made by an Issuing Bank pursuant to a Letter of Credit.
Construction Lender means a person who makes a construction loan.
Final Disbursement Date means the last date on which Lender may make a Disbursement set forth in Section 10 of the Loan Authorization Agreement (including as amended by an Extension) or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day; provided, however, to the extent that Lender has not received cash collateral in the amount of the Letter of Credit Obligations or an equivalent full indemnity from Borrower or Guarantor, as applicable, with respect to Letter of Credit Obligations outstanding on the Final Disbursement Date, the Final Disbursement Date with respect to an advance to fund a drawing under such Letter of Credit shall be no later than thirty (30) days after any such drawing which may be no later than the expiry date of the Letter of Credit related thereto.
Project Funds means all moneys disbursed to the Recipient by the State Water Board for eligible Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement.
Project Loan means the loan made by the Governmental Lender to the Borrower pursuant to the Project Loan Agreement in the original principal amount of $[AMOUNT], as evidenced by the Project Note.
Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.
Project Costs means the costs of the construction, acquisition or equipping of the Project, as further described in the Project Budget, and such other costs as may be approved in writing by the Department, provided such costs are permitted by the Act.
Designated Disbursement Account means the account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent or its Affiliate and designated in writing to the Administrative Agent as the Borrower’s Designated Disbursement Account (or such other account as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may otherwise agree).
Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.
Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advance granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated April 28, 1994 and May 21, 1994 between the Borrower and the Association;
Project Loan Account means any of the Accounts within the Project Fund so designated and established by Article V.
Management Advances means loans or advances made to, or Guarantees with respect to loans or advances made to, directors, officers, employees or consultants of any Parent, the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary:
Agent Advances has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i).
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Construction Loan means the loan to finance construction of the Apartment Housing, made to Owner by the Construction Lender.
Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.
