Owner’s Requirements definition

Owner’s Requirements means Owner’s written instructions of specific, desired work activities within the general scope of Contractor’s responsibilities based upon Owner’s obligations arising under relevant portions of the Project Documents, as interpreted by Owner, to the extent agreed in writing by Contractor.
Owner’s Requirements means Schedule A – Owner’s Requirements, as amended by any Change Approvals;

Examples of Owner’s Requirements in a sentence

  • Prior to commencing any Work, Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to Owner that all insurance coverages for the limits and forms of coverage required under Owner’s Requirements of Insurance (Exhibit 1) are in full force and effect.

  • Contractor’s insurance policies and bonds are and will be maintained in the form required under and for Owner’s Requirements of Insurance (Exhibit 1) and Contractor’s Bond Forms (Exhibit 2).

  • Provide in writing to the Owner descriptions of any deviations in the GMP Drawings and GMP Specifications from either the Owner’s Requirements or the Final Report.

  • Identify and evaluate alternate solutions available to the Owner and, after consultation with the Owner, recommend to the Owner those solutions which in the Contractor's judgment satisfy the Owner’s Requirements.

  • Such tests shall be at the sole expense of the Owner, unless the result of a Performance Test determines that the Work is not in accordance with the Owner’s Requirements, in which case the Contractor shall reimburse the Owner for such Performance Test and redo or repair the Work ready for a new Performance Test to be performed by the Owner.

  • The Contractor shall not use, copy or disclose any of the Owner’s Requirements or the Work for any purpose other than performing the Work.

  • This Report shall include descriptions of any deviations from Owner’s Requirements.

  • Program Manager shall provide insurance coverage in accordance with the Owner’s Requirements of Insurance (Exhibit H).

  • Program Manager’s insurance policies are and will be maintained in the form required under the Owner’s Requirements of Insurance (Exhibit H), and contain no exclusions or exceptions to coverage other than what is provided in or equivalent to the standard forms published for such policies of insurance by Insurance Service Office, Inc.

  • The Indemnifying Party shall not be liable in any way for any loss of revenues, profits, use of money, business or anticipated savings, goodwill or, without limitation, for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Indemnified Party or any third party.
