P Certificate definition

P Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a “Class II-P Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-3 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class II-P Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing (i) a Regular Interest in REMIC IX and (ii) the right to receive any Prepayment Charge Waiver Amounts with respect to Loan Group II.
P Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto entitling the Holder thereof to a Preferred Percentage Interest.
P Certificate means the certificate representing the Preferred Percentage Interest (as defined in the 2003-1 Trust Agreement) of Trust 2003-1.
