P1 Detail means a Detail in which the promotional message involving a Product is presented to a Product Target in the first position and is the principal topic of discussion during the contact; provided, however, that where the term P1 Detail is used in reference to Details performed by the Depomed Sales Force, the reference herein to “Product Target” shall be replaced by “Professional.”

P1 Detail means a Detail where the Product is the first item presented and comprises more than one-half of the presentation time.

P1 Detail is a Product Call where the Product is presented in the first position. A "P2 DETAIL" is a Product Call where the Product is presented in the second position. A "P3 DETAIL" is a Product Call where the Product is presented in the third position.

Examples of P1 Detail in a sentence

• In such case, only the P1 Detail shall be counted for purposes of determining compliance with the Minimum Detailing Obligations.

• In addition, MC2 may terminate this Agreement upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to EPI Health (a) if during the twelve month period following the Execution Date, EPI fails to Promote the Product as a P1 Detail (including by Promoting the Product as anything other than a P1 Detail), or (b) upon the occurrence of a Commercial Trigger, in each case (a) and (b), other than due to an Excused Interruption.

More Definitions of P1 Detail

P1 Detail means a detail delivered by a Sales Representative face-to-face to a contact target in which the promotional message involving the Product is the principal topic of discussion during the contact; and a “P2 Detail” means a detail delivered by a Sales Representative face-to-face to a contact target in which the promotional message involving the Product is emphasized more than any other product during the contact, except for the product in the P1 Detail. For the avoidance of doubt, electronic and telemarketing details are not Primary Detail Equivalents.
