P2P ridesharing definition
P2P ridesharing means peer-to-peer transportation of passengers by drivers using their personal vehicles, and includes the options identified on the Uber Rides Platform as Uber X, XL, Green, Comfort, Assist, Pool, Premier, and Premier SUV, Black, Black SUV, and similar options that may be introduced or renamed, but does not include taxi transportation services such as the Uber Taxi option.
