Package Fee definition

Package Fee means the package fee which is an annual fee charged in return for provision of the Package benefits.
Package Fee means the fee payable by the Client in respect of the Pre-Purchased Queries, as agreed between the parties;
Package Fee means the fee payable for the service provided as stipulated by the Company; “Tutor Information” means contact details of the Tutor selected by the Company;

Examples of Package Fee in a sentence

  • If such a termination is effective prior to the end of the then-current Term, You will incur a fee that is the lesser of (a) two (2) months of the Minimum Package Fee from the end of the calendar month following the requested termination date, as defined on Your then-current plan; and (b) the Minimum Package Fee for the remainder of the then-current Term.

  • If such a termination is effective prior to the end of the then-current Schedule Term, You will incur a fee that is equal to the lesser of (i) two (2) months of the Minimum Package Fee from the end of the calendar month during which such termination occurs; and (ii) the Minimum Package Fee for the remainder of the then-current Term.

Related to Package Fee

  • Usage Fee means the subscription fees to be paid by the Agency for ongoing access to Services.

  • Breakage Fee means (i) for any Interest Period for which Interest is computed by reference to the CP Rate and a reduction of Capital is made for any reason on any day other than a Settlement Date or (ii) to the extent that the Borrower shall for any reason, fail to borrow on the date specified by the Borrower in connection with any request for funding pursuant to Article II of this Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (A) the additional Interest (calculated without taking into account any Breakage Fee or any shortened duration of such Interest Period pursuant to the definition thereof) which would have accrued during such Interest Period (or, in the case of clause (i) above, until the maturity of the underlying Note) on the reductions of Capital relating to such Interest Period had such reductions not been made (or, in the case of clause (ii) above, the amounts so failed to be borrowed or accepted in connection with any such request for funding by the Borrower), exceeds (B) the income, if any, received by the applicable Lender from the investment of the proceeds of such reductions of Capital (or such amounts failed to be borrowed by the Borrower). A certificate as to the amount of any Breakage Fee (including the computation of such amount) shall be submitted by the affected Lender (or applicable Group Agent on its behalf) to the Borrower and shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

  • Carriage Fee means any fee payable by a Broadcaster to the DPO only for the purpose of carrying its television channels through the DPO’s network, without, specifying the placement of such channels onto a specific position in the Electronic Programme Guide or, seeking assignment of a particular number to such channels;

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.
