Packaging and Shipping. All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Packaging and Shipping. 3.1 Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, ship and route the Products in accordance with the requirements of Timken and the carriers and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, or if there are no stated requirements, in accordance with best commercial practices designed to prevent loss or damage due to weather, transportation and other causes. 3.2 With each shipment, Seller shall include packing slips identifying Timken’s complete purchase order number, shipment date, an itemized list of contents using the classification identification of the Products required by Timken or the carrier, and such other items as Timken may require. The markings on each package and shipping document must be such that Timken can easily identify the Products. Timken’s count or weight will be final and conclusive for any shipment. Seller is responsible for all demurrage charges and other expenses incurred as a result of Seller’s failure to promptly send Timken the notice of shipment on the shipping date.
Packaging and Shipping. Any goods purchased hereunder must be suitably packed and prepared for shipment to secure the lowest transportation rates or appropriately packed to comply with any specific transportation specifications of Buyer, and in all cases, to comply with carrier's regulations. All charges for packing, crating and transportation are included in the price for the goods set forth herein and will be paid by Seller. A packing list shall accompany each box or package shipment showing the Order number specified thereon as well as the item number and a description of the goods. In the event that no such packing list accompanies any shipment, the count, weight or other measure of Buyer shall be final and conclusive. Buyer shall not be obligated to accept any shipments in excess of the ordered quantity and any excess or advance shipments may be returned to Seller at Seller's expense.

Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the PO, the Contract requires Goods to be shipped FCA-Seller's Dock (Incoterms 2010), the Seller shall not insure and not declare a value except when transportation rates are based on “released value”, in which instance the Seller shall annotate on the bill of lading the lowest released value provided in applicable tariffs.
Packaging and Shipping. LONZA will package and label Products for shipment in suitable containers in accordance with the Specifications therefor set forth in the applicable Statement of Work, the Master Production Record, LONZA’s standard practices, and Applicable Laws. Each such container will be individually labeled with description of its contents, including any product name, Batch number, order number, quantity, and date of manufacture, and any other information as may be required in order to trace the history of each Batch. LONZA shall arrange for the delivery of Products at the scheduled delivery time to the location stated on the Binding Purchase Order (if one is so stated in the Binding Purchase Order) or such other location as CLIENT may designate in writing prior to the scheduled delivery time (including without limitation any Third Party location designated by CLIENT) and in a manner consistent with good commercial practices, validated shipping procedures that comply with Applicable Laws (including, without limitation, shipment in approved containers), labeled storage conditions (including during shipment) and any shipping Specifications set forth in the applicable Statement of Work. LONZA will arrange shipment of Products to CLIENT’s (or CLIENT’s designee’s) facility EX-Works (Incoterms 2010) from the applicable Facility via a common carrier designated by CLIENT to LONZA in writing not less than ten (10) days prior to the applicable delivery date unless otherwise agreed to in a Statement of Work (or, if CLIENT does not designate a carrier, by carrier selected by LONZA). Notwithstanding that Products are shipped Ex Works (Incoterms 2010), LONZA agrees, at CLIENT’s expense, to obtain export licenses and other official authorizations, and to carry out customs formalities, necessary for the export of Products, and to reasonably cooperate as CLIENT or its designee may request, at CLIENT or its designee’s expense, to obtain import licenses and other official authorizations, and to carry out customs formalities, necessary for the import of Products and for their transport through any country to the applicable destination. Unless otherwise instructed by CLIENT, LONZA shall arrange for appropriate insurance coverage for all shipments of Products, as applicable. CLIENT will provide to LONZA CLIENT’s account number with the selected carrier, and will pay for all shipping costs in connection with each shipment of Product. Packaging and Shipping. All items shall be prepared and packed for shipment in a manner that will prevent damage in transit. Buyer is not liable for extra charges for packing, cartage or any other expense related thereto unless stated in this order. Seller shall provide Buyer’s part number, order number, line number and release number on all invoices, packing slips, container labels and any other shipping documentation.

Packaging and Shipping. CBSW will package and label Product for shipment in accordance with the applicable Master Production Record and CBSW's standard practices in effect at the time of performance by CBSW. Product will be shipped FCA (Incoterms 2000), delivered at the Facility by CBSW to a common carrier designated by Client to CBSW in writing. Such written designation must be submitted by Client not less than ten days prior to the scheduled delivery date set forth in the applicable order submitted pursuant to Section 6.2 or such other date specified by Client and reasonably agreed to by CBSW. Client will provide to CBSW its account number with the selected carrier and will pay for all shipping costs in connection with each shipment of Product. Each shipment will be accompanied by the documentation listed in the applicable Production Plan. On the delivery date specified in the purchase order submitted pursuant to Section 6.2 or such other date specified by Client and agreed to by CBSW, CBSW will (i) deliver each shipment of Product to the common carrier designated by Client or (ii) at Client's request, place such Product in inventory for future delivery to Client's designated common carrier on a date specified by Client and agreed to by CBSW. Should CBSW at any time during the term of this Agreement have reason to believe that it will be unable to meet a delivery date, CBSW will promptly notify Client.
Packaging and Shipping. Kin Yat will package and ship the Product in accordance with the Packaging and Shipping Specifications. iRobot shall be solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of the Packaging and Shipping Specifications. In the event Kin Yat fails to comply with the Packaging and Shipping Specifications, Kin Yat will reimburse iRobot for the cost of rework to the extent that such error can be rectified with rework.
