Packaging. Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

Packaging. All products must be delivered in the manufacturer’s standard package. Costs must include all packing and/or crating charges. Cases must be of durable construction, in good condition, properly labeled and suitable in every respect for storage and handling of contents. Each shipping carton must be marked with the commodity, brand, quantity, item code number and the Purchasing Entity’s Purchase Order number.
Packaging. Seller shall handle, pack and package the Goods so as to protect the Goods from loss or damage, in conformance with good commercial practice, AGILENT specifications, government regulations (including those applicable to chemicals and hazardous materials) and other applicable requirements. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing sentence, Seller shall use packaging materials, including pallets, that are free of pests and comply with all applicable regulations regarding Solid Wood Packing Materials; Seller shall use recycled or reusable packaging materials and minimize the number of different types of packaging materials whenever possible; and Seller shall comply with all applicable requirements regarding packaging recycling, re-use and return, and furnish to AGILENT, upon request, information or documentation of Seller’s compliance. Seller shall be responsible for any loss or damage due to its failure to handle, pack and package the Goods in a proper and lawful manner; AGILENT shall not be required to assert any claims for such loss or damage against the carrier involved. In each shipment, Seller shall include a packing list that contains the following: (a) this Order number; (b) the AGILENT part number; (c) the quantity shipped; and (d) the requested delivery date. The information on the packing list must agree with the information on Seller’s invoice.
Packaging. All goods shall be packed for shipment according to Xxxxx's instructions or, if there are no instructions, in a manner sufficient to ensure that the Goods are delivered in undamaged condition. Seller must provide Buyer prior written notice if it requires Buyer to return any packaging material. Any return of such packaging material shall be made at Seller's expense.
Packaging. 8.1 The Supplier must provide proper and adequate packaging in accordance with best commercial practice, to ensure that the Goods being delivered to IOM will be free of damage. Packaging must be adequate to allow for rough handling during transit, exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit and open storage, with consideration for the type of Goods and transportation mode. IOM reserves the right to reject any delivery that is deemed not to have been packaged adequately. 8.2 Packing, marking and documentation shall comply with any requirements or instructions notified by IOM.
Packaging. Unless otherwise stated, Customer shall be responsible for providing the packaging materials and of the means of protection, fastening and securing used during transport of Goods. If Customer fails to comply with this obligation and as a result of said failure Seller becomes liable for any danger there, Customer shall hold Seller harmless from liability for any such danger. Customer will not be able to pass on to Seller the costs of its destruction, recycling or storage. Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, whenever plastic supports are used for the securing of steel coils, those plastic supports remain Seller’s property and Customer is obligated to return them at its own expense to Seller. The marking, if required, shall be made in accordance with the norms adopted by the Seller, unless other requirements from the Customer agreed by Seller.
Packaging. 7.1 DTH Operator undertakes to ZEEL that it shall package Zee Group Channels as per applicable law including but not limited to the relevant regulations notified by TRAI. DTH Operator undertakes to ZEEL that no Zee Group Channel shall be included in any package or tier that contains any channel with pornographic content or any gambling channel/content. 7.2 The Bouquets of Pay Zee Group Channels offered by ZEEL, and for which interconnection agreement has been signed with ZEEL, shall be offered by the DTH Operator to its Subscribers without any alteration in its composition. It is however clarified that in the event of any change in the composition of the Bouquets of Pay Zee Group Channels, the same shall be construed that the DTH Operator is offering such Zee Group Channels on a-xx-xxxxx basis to Subscribers.

Packaging. (09/17) All packaging should be minimized to the maximum extent possible without compromising product quality. The City encourages packaging that is reusable, readily recyclable in local recycling programs, is made from recycled materials, and/or is collected by Contractor for reuse/recycling.

Category I containers shall be used if requested by the Buyer and the difference between Category I and Category II packaging costs shall be paid by the Buyer together with payment for the respective Material.
