Packaging Components definition

Packaging Components means any of the corrugated boxes, trays, carriers, cartons, and basket carriers used to package Packed Bottles, and which conform to the Specifications.
Packaging Components means all materials and components used or incorporated in the final (primary and secondary) packaging of the Product for distribution and sale in the Territory.
Packaging Components means primary and secondary packaging materials used in the production of the Product.

  • The associated changes may relate to: the Master Production Control Records (e.g. Master Formulas, Filling Work Orders, Packaging Work Orders); Bills of Materials; Analytical Standards and Test Methods (for Raw Materials and Finished Products); Stability Protocols; Purchase Specifications (for Raw Materials and Packaging Components).

  • If AB exercises this option, Anchor shall not insert or use any of the Packaging Components in the affected deliveries.

  • After the date of this Agreement Anchor agrees to meet with AB from time to time to discuss any cost neutral changes to the procedures set forth in this Section 3.7(b) including, without limitation, Anchor's purchase of such Packaging Components from AB.

  • If Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ purchases Tenant Packaging Components directly from any supplier, or through Host ▇▇▇▇▇▇ as agent of Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for payment of the purchase price for the Tenant Packaging Components to such supplier, or for reimbursement of Host ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ actual costs incurred in purchasing any Tenant Packaging Components as agent of Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Anchor shall charge AB for Packaging Components, as delivered to AB with a Bottle shipment, at a price not greater than the price originally paid by Anchor to purchase such Packaging Components in accordance with the terms of the preceding sentence.

  • If AB does exercise the foregoing option it agrees to repurchase any remaining inventory of Packaging Components that Anchor had previously purchased for Packed Bottles for AB and which Anchor is not able to otherwise use for AB.

  • In addition, in such case Horizon shall pay sanofi-aventis for any uncancellable commitments made by sanofi-aventis for Excipients and Packaging Components hereunder.


More Definitions of Packaging Components

Packaging Components means any material employed in the packaging, including Final Packaging, of a medicinal product, excluding any outer packaging used for transportation or shipment. Packaging components are referred to as primary or secondary according to whether or not they are intended to be in direct contact with the product.
