Packaging Process definition

Packaging Process means TDFN, UDFN, uUDFN, or other packaging for semiconductors which uses the Equipment as defined in Section 1.3.
Packaging Process any process (or step in any process) used or planned to be used by the Packager (or its permitted Affiliates or Approved Subcontractors) for Packaging the Products.
Packaging Process means the process to be followed when providing the Packaging Services, as described in detail in Annex 3 (Packaging Process).
