Packing and Marking. All material and equipment to be furnished by the Contractor shall be packed, crated or otherwise suitably protected to withstand shipment undamaged to the destination. Each package, crate or part shall be marked plainly with the name of the consignee, shipping destination, the Owner's order number, and such other markings as are required. Complete packing lists, one copy with each package and two (2) copies by mail to the Owner at time of shipment, shall be supplied showing contents and identity of each package.

Packing and Marking. The Equipment shall be packed in accordance with Seller’s standard packing procedures as required for transportation under normal transport conditions. The Equipment shall be clearly marked and carry the necessary information concerning Buyer’s identification and place of destination.
Packing and Marking. Seller shall pack, crate and brace all Goods to prevent damage or deterioration and in accordance with Uniform Freight Classification Rules and Regulations and any applicable carrier tariffs, with no changes being paid by Buyer for packing, crating or bracing. The contents of each shipping container shall be clearly identified on the outside of the container, and the applicable Purchase Order number for the contents shall be clearly stated on the outside of each such container.

In each master carton or container in which Goods are shipped, Seller shall include a certificate of analysis, xxxx of lading, and packing list indicating this Order number, description, quantity, HSY item numbers, and other identifying information corresponding to the information in this Order. Seller shall clearly xxxx all packages in accordance with all applicable laws and shall label each unit of the Goods with the country of origin, weight, and name of manufacturer. Seller shall ensure that a receiving document/proof-of-delivery is issued to HSY for any shipment made to a third party location. All costs, fines or penalties incurred or assessed due to improper packing or marking will be Seller’s responsibility, and if paid by HSY, will be deducted from amounts owed to Seller. Seller will notify HSY of the number of packages, size, weight, method of protection during shipment and method of storage and protection upon arrival at destination.

Necessary measures shall be taken to protect the Equipment Set from damage caused by moisture, rain rust, corrosion, shock an to ensure the Equipment Set to withstand numerous handling, loading and unloading as well as long distance ocean and inland transportation for the safe arrival of the Equipment Set at the Site. 6.2 The loose accessories in package or bundle shall be labeled by the Seller indicating contract No., name of equipment, name of accessories, and their position number and accessory number marked on assembly drawings. 6.3 The Seller shall on four (4) adjacent sides of each package xxxx conspicuously the following information in English with indelible paint: 1) Contract No.: 2) Shipping xxxx: 3) Destination: 4) Consignee: 5) Name of equipment and item No.: 6) Case/bale No.: 7) Gross/net weight: 8) Measurement: 6.4 The following documents shall be enclosed in each package of the Equipment Set: 1) Two (2) copies of detailed packing list; 2) Two (2) copies of quality certificate; 3) One (1) copy of Technical Documentation for relevant contract equipment, which shall be properly packed to withstand numerous handlings, long-distance transportation and to protect from damage as a result of moisture and rain. 6.5 In case of container transportation, the Seller shall examine the condition of the containers, so that only those in good conditions shall be used for delivery of the Equipment Set. Sufficient shores or chocks shall be provided in order to prevent any part of the Equipment Set from moving inside the containers. The Seller shall be liable for any damage to the Equipment Set thus incurred due to the negligence of the Seller or any insufficiency of lashing and/or securing of the Equipment Set inside the containers. 6.6 The Seller shall use wooden packages free from any insect infestation. Should insect infestation be found in quarantine inspection, the Seller shall bear the cost incurred in fumigation or replacement of the packages at the Port of Unloading.
Packing and Marking. 12.1 - The Supplier is obliged to pack and mark the products so that they could cope, without limitation, to rough handling during transportation, transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, sunlight and precipitation that may occur during transport and storage outdoors, so as to reach the final destination in good condition. In the case of weights' and volumes' packaging in boxes, the Supplier will consider, where appropriate, the remoteness of the final destination of the products and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit. 12.2 - All product packaging materials and all materials necessary for the protection of packages (wooden pallets, protective sheets, etc.) shall remain the property of the Purchaser.

The Seller hereby acknowledges that the costs of all necessary packing cases (which will be considered non-returnable) material and labor have been provided for, and included in the Contract Price.
