Packing Requirements. Bicycles: Must be packed in a rigid container (made from cardboard, canvas, a hard cover, etc.) in any of the following positions: handlebar fastened to one side, without pedals; handlebar and pedals wrapped in plastic, foam, or a similar material. It must be transported with the wheels off (preferably the front tire) and without air in either tire. • Surfboards, bodyboards, skateboards, skis: Must be packed in an appropriate case or bag. • Golf equipment: Can be packed in a rigid container or a soft travel bag. • Fishing equipment: Must be packed in a protective container. • Hunting equipment: Firearms must be packed in a hard container with locks specifically designed for such purpose. Passengers must carry all transport or entry permits for the destination country or points of transit. If the foregoing conditions are not met, the Carrier may refuse to board the item. Passengers are responsible for knowing and complying with all local laws regarding the possession and transportation of firearms. If Passengers wish to travel with any sporting goods not included in the foregoing list, they may do so provided the items meet the permitted cargo size and weight specifications.
