Pakistan enterprise and “Irish enterprise” mean respectively an industrial or commercial enterprise or undertaking carried on by a resident of Pakistan and an industrial or commercial enterprise or undertaking carried on by a resident of Ireland; and the terms “enterprise of a Contracting State” and “enterprise of the other Contracting State” mean a Pakistan enterprise or an Irish enterprise, as the context requires;
