PalmSource Products definition
PalmSource Products means any and all products and services of the businesses in which PalmSource or any of its Subsidiaries is engaged now or in the future, in all cases which products are designed or created primarily by PalmSource (or by any sublicensed Subsidiary) and/or by a subcontractor for PalmSource (or for any sublicensed Subsidiary).
PalmSource Products means any operating system distributed by PALMSOURCE or its AFFILIATES, whether or not bundled or integrated with any hardware, CPUs, platforms, or other software.

Accordingly, PalmSource agrees to use reasonable care in selecting any such software for use in PalmSource Products, taking into account that such software will be difficult to support.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Holding grants to Licensee a royalty-free, exclusive (even as to Holding), non-transferable (except as specified in Sections 6 and 26 below) worldwide license to use the Palm Marks in connection with the PalmSource Business, including on or in connection with PalmSource Products, Merchandising Products, Marketing Materials, and Corporate Identity Materials related to all the foregoing.
