If Palomar determines (i) that the proposed manuscript or abstract for presentation contains patentable subject matter to which Palomar has rights pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and which requires patent protection or (ii) that the proposed manuscript or abstract for presentation contains Palomar Confidential Information, it shall so notify General in writing within thirty (30) days after receipt of a manuscript or ten (10) days after receipt of an abstract.
The Parties agree that Research Devices are Palomar Confidential Information and General agrees not to intentionally disclose or display the Research Devices publicly or to third parties.
