Panda Parties definition
Panda Parties means (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or any of his immediate family members, or (ii) any Person who is or was controlled by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, or by any of his immediate family members, or by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ together with any of his immediate family members, and which in any of the foregoing cases was involved in TIE, GPP or OEPP.
Panda Parties is hereby deleted and the following inserted in place thereof: “Panda Parties” means, collectively, Borrower, Sponsor, the Borrower Partners and Operator.”
