Pandemic Conditions definition

Pandemic Conditions means advice, guidelines, recommendations, instructions, requirements, restrictions, and laws of governmental authorities (including the Alberta Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Trade, and the Chief Medical Officer of Health) and industry associations relating to an epidemic or a pandemic which are or may come into effect, including by way of example restrictions that may delay, reduce productivity, or increase the cost of performance of the Work, such as physical distancing, wearing task-appropriate levels of personal protective equipment and cleaning or disinfecting.

Examples of Pandemic Conditions in a sentence

  • Any party claiming any Pandemic Delay or Pandemic Costs shall submit a written certification (“Pandemic Certification”) to the Lessor, the Lessee, the Developer, and the Contractor stating: (A) the claiming party has performed all Pandemic Conditions Precedent required to be performed by that party; (B) the dates on which any claimed Pandemic Delay commenced and ended; and (C) the amounts of any claimed Pandemic Costs.

  • The Contractor’s obligation to pay for Pandemic Costs incurred by it shall not be limited to the Construction Contingency, whether or not the Contractor has performed the Pandemic Conditions Precedent applicable to it.

Related to Pandemic Conditions

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions negotiated and agreed between the Purchaser and the Supplier incorporated into and appearing on the front of the Order including any Specification.

  • Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.

  • Chronic condition means a condition that can be treated or managed, but not cured.
