Pantheon Ventures means each of Pantheon Ventures Inc., Pantheon Ventures (US) LP, Pantheon Ventures (UK) LLP, Pantheon Ventures (HK) LLP and their respective subsidiaries (as defined in Section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006) and subsidiary undertakings (as defined in Section 1162 of the UK Companies Act 2006).
