Paper Form Lender definition

Paper Form Lender has the meaning given to it in paragraph (a) of Clause 37.7 (Use of Websites).
Paper Form Lender has the meaning given to such term in Clause 41.3(b) (Use of Websites/E-mail).
Paper Form Lender has the meaning given to it in Clause 25.7 (Use of Websites). Party means a party to this Agreement.

Related to Paper Form Lender

  • Term Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Term Commitment or a Term Loan at such time.

  • Swingline Loan Note a promissory note in the form of Exhibit H-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Swing Loan Note means the Swing Loan Note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1.1(N)(2) evidencing the Swing Loans, together with all amendments, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or in part.

  • Term Lenders means those Lenders having Term Loan Commitments.

  • New Term Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c).
