Paper Industry definition

Paper Industry means the market for process aids and functional additives (additives, coating lubricants, defoamers, dispersants, felt conditioners, cleaners, wet strength resins and deinking chemicals) for use in paper coating, pulping, papermaking and recycling;
Paper Industry means the market served by the Business prior to the -------------- date of this Agreement, including process aids and functional additives (additives, coating lubricants, defoamers, felt conditioners, cleaners, wet strength resins and de-inking chemicals) for use in paper coating, pulping, papermaking and recycling.
Paper Industry means establishments, except home-based businesses, educational facilities and establishments of hobbyists or artisans, engaged in manufacturing any type of paper, except paperboard and building paper, but including recycled paper;

  • All other disability income will include: C.P.P./Q.P.P. primary disability pension benefits, Workers' Compensation, disability income from a group or association plan, disability income arising out of any law or legislation, and wage continuation or pension plan of any employer including the Pulp and Paper Industry Pension Plan.

  • The calculation of the pension bridge benefit shall be credited on the same basis as under the terms and conditions of the Pulp and Paper Industry Pension Plan.

  • An Extended Health Benefit Plan with coverage as per the M.S.A. Pulp and Paper Industry brochure dated July 1, 1981, including Vision Care coverage for employees and eligible dependents will also form part of this Agreement.

  • All other disability income will include: C.P.P./Q.P.P. primary disability pension benefits, WorkSafeBC compensation, disability income from a group or association plan, disability income arising out of any law or legislation, and wage continuation or pension plan of any employer including the Pulp and Paper Industry Pension Plan.

  • An Extended Health Benefit Plan with coverage as per the 1999 Blue Cross Pulp and Paper Industry brochure as updated through the September 5, 2002 Memorandum of Agreement.

  • The Company will contribute to the Pulp and Paper Industry Pension Fund established pursuant to the Pulp and Paper Industry Pension Plan and the Pulp and Paper Industry Trust Agreement made effective July 1, 1975 and as amended from time to time.
