Par Value Test definition

Par Value Test means the Class A/B Par Value Test, the Class C Par Value Test, the Class D Par Value Test or the Class E Par Value Test (as applicable).
Par Value Test. The test that will be met as of any Measurement Date on which any Notes remain Outstanding if the Par Value Ratio on such Measurement Date is equal to or greater than 129.72%.
Par Value Test. Each of the Class A/B Par Value Test, the Class C/D/E Par Value Test and the Class F/G/H Par Value Test.

Par Value Test. A test that is satisfied with respect to any Class or Classes of Secured Notes as of any date of determination on which such test is applicable if (i) the Par Value Ratio for such Class or Classes on such date is at least equal to the Required Par Value Ratio for such Class or Classes or (ii) such Class or Classes of Secured Notes is no longer outstanding.
