Parallel Debt Obligations definition

Parallel Debt Obligations has the meaning ascribed thereto in clause 9.19 of the Credit Agreement;
Parallel Debt Obligations each liability and obligation for the payment of an amount owed by Furmanite Offshore to the Administrative Agent in its capacity as creditor under the Parallel Debt, as provided in Section 3.2.

  • Junior Obligations means the Junior Obligations of the Guarantor and the Junior Obligations of the Issuer;

  • Relevant Obligations means the Obligations constituting Bonds and Loans of the Reference Entity outstanding immediately prior to the effective date of the Succession Event, excluding any debt obligations outstanding between the Reference Entity and any of its Affiliates, as determined by the Calculation Agent.   • Credit Facility Obligations means all “Obligations” (or any other defined term having a similar purpose) as defined in the Credit Agreement.
