Parcel Plan definition

Parcel Plan means the depiction and description of each Parcel, which may be changed 21 from time to time as provided in Section 6.02(c) hereof, the initial form of which is attached hereto as 22 Exhibit "B".
Parcel Plan is the development plan for all or a portion of a Parcel, which Parcel Plan is the basis for construction and is developed based on, and consistent with, the Village Plan. “Party or Parties” is, individually or collectively, the parties to this Agreement. “Pre-Annexation Resolution” is, or shall be the Town Resolution that duly approves this Agreement.
Parcel Plan means and refer to the Parcel Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Examples of Parcel Plan in a sentence

  • As a condition for the benefit of Purchaser that survives the Close of Escrow and the recordation of the Grant Deed, Seller shall complete the Seller Site Work Improvements (as defined in Section 3.7(c) above) in accordance with the Finished Parcel Plan and the Offsite Plan (including the Stockpiling Work if the Start Notice and the Stockpiling Deposit have not been delivered by the Early Stockpile Deadline), at Seller’s sole cost and expense (collectively, the “Seller Site Work Construction”).

  • Sub-Lessee shall have the right to enter into a 17 Sub-Sublease of a Parcel or to partition its rights, interests and obligations under this Sub- 18 Lease into distinct leasehold interests with respect to a Parcel for development of any 19 component of the Private Improvements thereon of Parcels designated for private 20 development in the Parcel Plan.

  • Sub-Lessee shall have the right to enter into a 42 Sub-Sublease of a Parcel or to partition its rights, interests and obligations under this Sub- 43 Lease into distinct leasehold interests with respect to a Parcel for development of any 44 component of the Private Improvements thereon of Parcels designated for private 45 development in the Parcel Plan.

  • No changes may be made to the Finished Parcel Plan unless required by a governmental agency with jurisdiction or as mutually agreed between Seller and Purchaser in writing.

  • The Seller Site Work Construction shall be deemed complete upon written confirmation from the City or other applicable agency that the Seller Site Work Construction is substantially complete in accordance with the Finished Parcel Plan and the Offsite Plan, and Seller has obtained and delivered to Purchaser unconditional lien waivers from all parties that may have lien rights against the Property in connection with the Seller Site Work Construction.

  • The Property Plan and Finished Parcel Plan have been previously submitted to the City of Goleta (“City”) for approval.

  • If, during the inspection, the ARC finds that the work was not performed, or the improvements were not constructed, in substantial compliance with the Parcel Plan approved by the ARC; or if during subsequent inspection the ARC notes that previously inspected improvements are not being maintained in compliance with the ARC's approvals and requirements or with the aesthetic standards or other standards imposed by the ARC, then the ARC shall notify the Owner in writing of such non-compliance.

  • Copies of the Approved Plans for the retaining wall (Plan Sheets SC-1 and SC-2, prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates Structural Engineers, dated 11-8-2018) and for the landscaping to be installed on the Board Parcel (Plan Sheets 21 of 32 and 22 of 32, prepared by CLSI Engineers dated Nov., 2018) have been provided to the BOARD.

  • In this regard, no plot plan or construction plans and specifications for a Lot shall be inconsistent with such approved Parcel Plan.

  • Declarant hereby reserves for itsel f and its designees for the benefit of al l of the P arcels a perpetual, non-exclusive easement burdening the Sign Easement Area (shown on Exhibit B) for the purpose of erecting and maintaining monument signs and related l andscaping, irrigation and lighting for the Property, as shown on the Parcel Plan att ached as Exhibit B.

Related to Parcel Plan

  • Area plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and includes any amendments thereto from time to time approved by the Building Authority;

  • Parcel 2 means the land described on Exhibit B-1 to the Elm Road II Ground Lease.

  • Condominium Plan means a plan described in Section 4285.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.
