Parchment Services definition

Parchment Services means Parchment’s digital credential services identified in a mutually executed Order Form that enables Record Owners and/or Authorized Users to access the certain features and functions of Parchment’s credential exchange and analytics platform as selected on the Order Form and described in Exhibit A to such Order Form. References to any Parchment Services include the Documentation.

Examples of Parchment Services in a sentence

  • Parchment provides certain limited support services as part of the Parchment Services.

  • Subject to payment of applicable fees and as indicated on the Order Form, Member can make the Parchment Services available to any of its participating institutions, divisions, or locations, if applicable.

  • As soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, Parchment will provide to Member the necessary access protocols to allow Member and its Authorized Users to access the Parchment Services.

  • Except as set forth above, Member will be solely responsible for the support of all Authorized User and Credential Owners accessing the Parchment Services.

  • Accordingly, Parchment reserves the right to modify the Parchment Services from time to time.

  • Except as set forth above, Member will be solely responsible for the support of all Authorized User and Record Owners accessing the Parchment Services.

  • As part of certain Parchment Services, Parchment may provide Member with access to certain analytics and benchmarking data, which may include Transactional Data or De-Identified Data, each as defined above, and derivative works thereof, and other standard and/or customized reports prepared by Parchment for Member (all such reports, analytics, data, content and information, to be referred to as the “Analytics”).

  • Certain Member Data may be required for the proper operation of the Parchment Services.

  • As part of certain Parchment Services, Parchment may provide Member with access to certain analytics and benchmarking data, which may include Transactional Data or De-Identified Data, each as defined above, and derivative works thereof, and other standard and/or customized reports prepared by Parchment for Member (all such reports, analytics, data, content and information, to be referred to as “Analytics”).

Parchment Services means Parchment’s digital credential services, as set forth on Exhibit A to such Order Form, and each as described in the applicable Parchment Services description, a copy of which is attached for reference as Attachment 1.

Related to Parchment Services

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Client services means services provided directly to agency

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Inpatient services means services provided to you as an admitted inpatient in a recognised private or public hospital for treatment that is in an included clinical category, has a Medicare item number allocated and a Medicare benefit is payable.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Employment Services means services designed to assist Consumers with obtaining Employment. Services may include, but are not limited to, application completion, resume development, interview training, and providing access to job listings.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

  • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Management Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Management Services Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Management Services Agreement, dated as of August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Investments Corp. and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto and (ii) the Management Services Agreement, dated as August 4, 2020, by and between Peabody Energy Australia Pty Ltd and each of the Client Companies listed on the signature page thereto, in each case, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time so long as the amended, modified or new arrangements, taken as a whole at the time such arrangements are entered into, are not materially less favorable to the Main Issuer and its Subsidiaries than those in effect on the Issue Date.

  • Supported employment services means provision of job training and supervision available to assist an individual who needs intensive ongoing support to choose, get, and keep a job in a community business setting. Supported employment is a service planned in partnership with public vocational assistance agencies and school districts and through Social Security Work Incentives when available.

  • Operator Services provides for: 1.86.1. operator handling for call completion (e.g., collect calls); 1.86.2. operator or automated assistance for billing after the subscriber has dialed the called number (e.g., credit card calls); and 1.86.3. special services (e.g., BLV/BLI, Emergency Agency Call).

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
