Parent Activities definition

Parent Activities means the business of designing, manufacturing and/or distributing lighting fixtures and equipment and/or providing related services.
Parent Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(a)(i).

Related to Parent Activities

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

Extracurricular activities include, but are not limited to, preparation for and involvement in public performances, contests, athletic competitions, demonstrations, displays, and club activities.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.
