Parent Existing Notes definition
Parent Existing Notes means Parent’s senior notes outstanding pursuant to that certain Indenture, dated as of March 31, 1994 (as supplemented from time to time) by and between the Parent and Regions Bank.
Parent Existing Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the Parent Existing Credit Agreement.
Parent Existing Notes means the 6.875% Senior Notes due 2013, 6.875% Series A-1 Senior Discount Notes due 2013, 6.875% Series A-2 Senior Discount Notes due 2013, 8.875% Series A-3 Senior Notes due 2016 and 8.875% Series A-4 Senior Notes due 2017 of Parent.
