Parent IP Registrations definition

Parent IP Registrations means all Parent Intellectual Property and Parent Exclusively Licensed IP that is subject to any issuance, registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trademarks, Internet domain names, copyright registrations, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

Parent IP Registrations means all Parent Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance, registration or application by, to or with any Governmental Entity or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including issued patents, registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, and pending applications for any of the foregoing. “Parent IT Systems” means all Software, computer hardware, servers, networks, platforms, peripherals, and similar or related items of automated, computerized, or other information technology (IT) networks and systems (including telecommunications networks and systems for voice, data, and video) owned, leased, licensed, or used (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries. “Parent Licensed Intellectual Property” means all Intellectual Property in which the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries holds any rights or interests granted by other person or entity.
