Parent LLC Agreement definition

Parent LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Parent, as it may be amended or amended and restated from time to time.

Parent LLC Agreement means that certain Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Parent, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Sponsor, as sole member, and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, as Independent Manager.
