LLC Agreements definition

LLC Agreements means the Initial Holdings LLC Agreement, the Holdings LLC Agreement, the Initial Investors LLC Agreement and the Investors LLC Agreement.

LLC Agreements means, collectively, the Company LLC Agreement and the Facility Company LLC Agreement.

LLC Agreements means, collectively, (i) the Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Borrower, dated as of September 12, 2014, (ii) the limited liability company agreements of each Managing Member and (iii) the limited liability company agreement of the member of the Borrower.

Except as otherwise described in the Prospectus, no subsidiary of the Company is a guarantor of, or is a party to or bound by any instrument or agreement pursuant to which it has guaranteed or may be required to guarantee or cause another subsidiary of the Company to guarantee, any borrowings or other indebtedness of the Company. Except as otherwise described in the Prospectus, the Company is not a party to or bound by any instrument or agreement pursuant to which it is or may be required to cause any of its subsidiaries to guarantee any borrowings or other indebtedness of the Company.

LLC Agreements the operating agreements with respect to each LLC Issuer.
