Parent MLP LPA definition
Parent MLP LPA means that certain First Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership Agreement, dated as of May 6, 2015, as amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto, effective as of May 6, 2015, and by Amendment No. 2 thereto, effective November 28, 2017, and as may be further amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
