Parent notification definition

Parent notification means a notice provided by a public school to a students' parent(s) consistent with Section 53A-11a-203(2) and 53A-11a-301(3)(e).

  • Approvals or Notifications means any consents, waivers, approvals, permits or authorizations to be obtained from, notices, registrations or reports to be submitted to, or other filings to be made with, any third Person, including any Governmental Authority.
